3. Donations
All contributions made through this site are considered political donations and are subject to Arkansas and Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations.

The Campaign reserves the right to moderate, hide, delete, or report any content that violates these terms without prior notice. Repeated or egregious violations may result in the user being blocked or banned from further engagement on Campaign platforms.
c. Rights to Use Submitted Content
By posting or submitting any content to our pages, you grant Audrey for Arkansas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share that content in connection with Campaign communications, so long as it is lawful and aligns with the Campaign’s values.
