1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or any related online platforms operated by Audrey for Arkansas, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Authorized Use

This website is owned and operated by Audrey for Arkansas (the “Campaign”). All content, including text, graphics, photos, logos, videos, and other materials, is the property of the Campaign or used with permission. You may view, download, and share materials from this site for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes only, provided that such use does not misrepresent the Campaign’s message or imply endorsement.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Reproduce or distribute campaign materials in a way that creates confusion, misrepresents policy positions, or associates the Campaign with hate groups, extremist causes, or discriminatory rhetoric.

The Campaign reserves the right to monitor, remove, and report any posts, comments, or shared content that violates these guidelines, promotes misinformation, or harms the integrity of the campaign or the communities we serve. Continued misuse may result in the removal of access and, where appropriate, legal action.

3. Donations

All contributions made through this site are considered political donations and are subject to Arkansas and Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations.
By donating, you confirm that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are making this contribution with your own funds, not those of another person or entity.

• You are not making this contribution on behalf of a corporation, labor union, or federal contractor.

All donations are non-refundable unless required by law.

Campaign finance law requires us to collect your name, address, occupation, and employer for all donations over $50.

4. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. The Campaign may collect limited personal information such as your name, email, address, and phone number for campaign-related communications, volunteer coordination, and legal compliance.

We will never sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only with trusted vendors who assist with campaign operations, email systems, or compliance reporting, and who are bound by confidentiality.

The Audrey for Arkansas Campaign encourages open, respectful, and informed dialogue across all campaign-related websites, forums, and social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn).

a. Responsible Participation

You agree to communicate respectfully and in good faith. All engagement should reflect civil discourse and align with the values of integrity, equity, and community service that guide this Campaign.

We welcome differing opinions and constructive feedback; however, comments and content that contain hate, harassment, or false information will not be tolerated.

b. Prohibited Conduct

• Contains defamatory, false, or misleading statements about the Campaign, its candidate, staff, volunteers, or supporters.

• Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or harassment on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

• Includes graphic, obscene, or profane language or imagery.

• Spreads misinformation, conspiracy theories, or manipulated media intended to mislead voters or harm the reputation of individuals or communities.

• Impersonates the Campaign, its candidate, or representatives.

• Includes spam, unauthorized advertising, or solicitation.

The Campaign reserves the right to moderate, hide, delete, or report any content that violates these terms without prior notice. Repeated or egregious violations may result in the user being blocked or banned from further engagement on Campaign platforms.

c. Rights to Use Submitted Content

By posting or submitting any content to our pages, you grant Audrey for Arkansas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share that content in connection with Campaign communications, so long as it is lawful and aligns with the Campaign’s values.

However, the Campaign will never knowingly use or promote any user-submitted material that misrepresents facts or spreads false narratives.

d. Protection of the Campaign’s Integrity

The Campaign reserves the right to take appropriate action—including legal recourse—against individuals or entities who engage in defamatory statements, coordinated misinformation campaigns, or impersonation of the Campaign or its affiliates.

The Audrey for Arkansas Campaign is committed to fostering online spaces that uplift, inform, and unite. Hate, deceit, and divisiveness have no place in this movement.
